Dr Th Dhabali , Founder President, Manipur Tourism Forum has been conferred the award  “The Order of the Rising Sun, Golden and Silver Rays" for the year 2020  by the Japanese Government for contributing in promoting the understanding of Japan in India and friendship between  Japan and India.
He is one among the 3 Indians and 114 foreign nationals (outside  Japan) to have been conferred the award this year .
